How it works
First step is a 30-minute free discovery call to:
Share my background and experience
Discuss the suitability of coaching for your needs
Agree package (number, length and frequency of sessions, and the package price)
Then if you want to proceed, you’ll receive a coaching agreement contract that outlines everything including confidentiality and personal data policies.
My coaching approach involves lots of talking (of course!), but I will also offer exercises for between sessions and introduce helpful theoretical models to bring the process to life for you.
Walking Coaching sessions:
I coach via Zoom and also in the ‘wild’ - coaching whilst walking through nature.
Living in north London, I often see clients for sessions on Hampstead Heath, where the combination of fresh air, physical exercise and the beauty of nature help create a wonderful mental and emotional space for exploring the possibility of change.
